You can rent the Guest House and the Guest Apartment on this fabulous property, built by local craftsmen of the highest quality materials, with pine sheathed, lofted ceilings soaring 23 feet to the peak of its copula.

Ondine looks to the north, over the lake, with 19 miles of shoreline, and is surrounded by the 5,500 acre Green River Reservoir State Park. Each residence has unobstructed views of the lake and mountains beyond, where loons cry out every morning. Guests at Ondine have direct access to the lake, where bass, perch and pickerel are abundant. Though secluded within the park, the estate is an 8 minute drive to the Village of Morrisville, with 3 drug stores and 2 super markets. The Town of Stowe, known as the Aspen of the East, is another 15 minutes more, with its world class restaurants and shops.

The guest house has 2 bedrooms, a sleeping loft and 2 bathrooms. Pets are acceptable with approval. If more space is needed, the guest apartment has 1 bedroom, a sleeping loft and 1 bathroom. Both guest house and guest apartment have their own, fully equipped kitchens, with heating and air conditioning. Wood burning, antique stoves provide character. Guests have use of the boat house and beach, with the estate’s canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, sail boat and racing shells.

The residences are rented by the week, month or season, guest house at $4,750 per week. Guest House and Guest Apartment together for $6,000. Saturday to Saturday. Rent for the season by discussion.
